About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our OH department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the full OH remit, including complex case management, health surveillance, health promotion, and education.
  • Provide professional leadership, advice, support, and guidance to Crown managers, employees, and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Complete pre-placement assessments, exit medicals, and write letters to GPs/Specialists as required.
  • Assess individual risk for employees presenting with perceived mental health issues and take appropriate action.
  • Respond to employee/manager requests for support/information on the working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with departmental protocols and GDPR guidelines.
  • Provide health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, HAVS, and lung function screening, in accordance with current legislation.
  • Deliver the annual Influenza programme and Wellness Medicals.
Requirements
  • NMC registered Nurse with appropriate OH qualification.
  • Degree or Postgraduate Diploma/MSc in Occupational Health.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Previous experience as a registered qualified OH nurse.
  • Good knowledge of Health Surveillance and completion of Safety Critical medicals.
  • Knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and its provisions.
  • Sound knowledge of Mental Health and Wellbeing.
  • Excellent OH report writing skills.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.
