About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our OH department, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services to support the health and wellbeing of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership, advice, and support to managers and employees on occupational health matters.
  • Conduct health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, and HAVS assessments.
  • Develop and implement health promotion initiatives in partnership with HR.
  • Manage OH equipment and resources, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective OH services.
Requirements
  • NMC registered Nurse with appropriate OH qualification.
  • Degree or postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health.
  • Previous experience as a registered qualified OH nurse.
  • Good knowledge of health surveillance and safety critical medicals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
