Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Kent County Council. As a key member of our Childrens Home team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to unaccompanied asylum-seeking children in our care.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for managing routines, setting goals for young people, and facilitating a learning culture in the centre. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each child receives the best possible care and support to help them achieve their full potential.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of working with children and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by unaccompanied asylum-seeking children. You will be passionate about providing high-quality care and support, and will be committed to helping our young people achieve their goals.
Our Offer- Full induction and training
- Competitive salary of between £26,515 and £28,850 per annum
- Annual leave allowance of 27 days (29 days after 5 years service)
