Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Adhere to Company Policies: Maintain a strong commitment to the Company's Safety, Health, and Environment Policy at all times.
  2. Service and Repair: Provide high-quality service and repair plant machinery and associated products in-house or on-site, adhering to the Company's Codes of Practice and its BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
  3. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to call-outs and performing high-quality work, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular electrical checks on calibration equipment to ensure products operate within set parameters, and maintain adequate parts inventory in the workshop to ensure efficient repairs on all equipment.
  5. Training and Development: Attend training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and working practices, enhancing technical skills and knowledge.
  6. Workshop and Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy workshop and company vehicle, reporting any damage immediately to the line manager.
  7. Technical Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance, as well as understanding of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software.
  8. Quality and Performance: Conduct tests and inspections to evaluate quality and performance, ensuring adherence to Company standards.
