Care Support Specialist

At Inspirational Changes Consulting Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Adult Support Coordinator to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with challenging behaviors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support, training, and guidance to staff, as well as developing and implementing Positive Behavior Support (PBS) plans. With a focus on person-centered approaches and evidence-based practices, this role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate others to deliver exceptional support.
We are looking for someone with experience in the PBS field, ideally with qualifications and certifications in behavior management and support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement PBS plans that prioritize individualized support and empowerment.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on behavioral support strategies and best practices.
- Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to inform support planning.
- Lead and manage the PBS team, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination.
- A relevant PBS qualification or certification.
- Experience working in the PBS field, preferably with individuals with complex needs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for business use.
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,500 - £40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including:
