Exterior Sales Professional

BMS Performance is a leading global manufacturer of building envelope systems, and we are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team.
This role will involve managing a portfolio of commercial projects in the South East of England, working closely with architects, designers, main contractors, specialist installers, and fabricators to identify and win business.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a technical eye for detail, and experience working with fabricators and architects. They will also be responsible for delivering CPD presentations, managing relationships with contractors, and understanding the needs of specialist installer and fabricator companies.
We are looking for someone who is driven, consultative, and professional, with a strong ability to manage a pipeline of projects and long sales cycles.
The salary for this position is up to £60,000 basic salary, plus 10% OTE, hybrid company car, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday, pension scheme.
