Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Advertising Account Manager to join our dynamic Advertising team at EFG. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive first-class support and manage all aspects of the post-sale experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Management (70%)
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and deep understanding of their goals
  3. Provide exceptional support, by acting as primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns effectively
  4. Own all aspects of post-sale customer experience from campaign setup, delivery and execution, and performance reporting
  5. Monitor campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights and recommendations for optimization opportunities to customers
  6. Strive for excellence by continuously seeking ways to enhance the customer experience and improve service protocols
  7. Deliver a first-class customer experience that will drive customer loyalty, retention and EFG's reputation for service in the marketplace

Project Management (30%)

  1. Collaborate with internal teams including Brand Partnerships, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to deliver integrated advertising solutions
  2. Monitor campaign performance with Ad Operations for on track delivery and proactively identify optimization opportunities
  3. Coordinate delivery of post-campaign reporting with input from cross-functional teams to evaluate performance against customer KPIs
  4. Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate and timely monthly customer billing
  5. Play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and hygiene within the CRM system (Salesforce)

Bonus Experience

  1. Experience in a fast-paced digital media agency
  2. Exposure to managing sponsored content and influencer-led campaigns
  3. Understanding of working with third-party production and creative vendors

Requirements

  1. 3+ years experience in digital media, ideally in management of digital advertising campaigns
  2. Proven recent experience in client facing role
  3. Understanding of digital media delivery principals
  4. Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
  5. Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation protocols
  6. Thrives in a team-oriented, high energy, environment with minimal supervision
