About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Collections and Delivery Drivers in Medway. As a key player in our delivery network, you will be responsible for driving a long wheel-based van, delivering parcels on a dedicated route, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute delivery routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels.
  • Lift and carry items up to 30kg, equivalent to 32 bags of sugar, as part of your daily duties.
  • Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Go the extra mile for our customers, delivering everything from birthday presents to vital business information.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the efficient handling and distribution of large parcels.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than six points.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for our customers.
  • Upbeat and self-motivated, with a love of the outdoors and a good level of fitness.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilience and flexibility, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
