Transport Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Operations Manager to join our team at Menzies Distribution Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the execution of transport plans, ensuring that transport and network SLA's/KPI's are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement efficient routes to maximise vehicle capacity
• Ensure all work is distributed while complying with Transport Legislation, Health & Safety, and customer service requirements
• Liaise with customers as required in relation to delays and possible issues with delivery
Requirements:
• Proven experience in transport operations management
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation and health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary of £34K per annum
• 28 days holiday per annum (inclusive of bank holidays)
• Monthly pay
• Parking on site
