Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Break Charity. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to young people living in our children's home.
Your primary responsibility will be to work hands-on with the young people, supporting them with their daily needs, education, and personal development. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the well-being of the young people in your care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with the young people. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people.
Key Responsibilities- Support young people with their daily needs, including personal care, education, and leisure activities
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the well-being of the young people in your care
