About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Break Charity. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A full, clean driving license is essential for this role.
  • Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
