Conference and Banqueting Assistant

Elite Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference and Banqueting Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Conference and Banqueting Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that all events are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide a warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded at all times.
  • Event Setup: Ensure that all meeting rooms and functions are set up to the highest standards, as per the function list and agreed times.
  • Coffee and Tea Breaks: Serve coffee and tea breaks promptly at the agreed times, ensuring that guests receive a high-quality service.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Present and serve food and beverages to the highest standards, ensuring that guests receive a memorable dining experience.
  • Hotel Facilities: Be knowledgeable of all hotel facilities and inform and sell these to guests when asked.
Requirements:
  • Communication: Provide exceptional communication skills, ensuring that guests receive a high-quality service at all times.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team, ensuring that all events are executed to the highest standards.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable and flexible, ensuring that you can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
