Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

About the Role:
  • Support and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Maximize profitability on contracts by effectively managing costs and resources.
  • Monitor contract costs against budgets and identify potential risks to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare estimates and procure sub-contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assess and certify interim and final payments to subcontractors, and prepare main contract variations.
  • Ensure all work complies with quality, safety, and environmental policies.
