Cygnet is a leading provider of health and social care services in the UK, and we are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a leadership role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Occupational Therapy service on one of our wards within our male Secure Mental Illness and Personality Disorder Service. This will involve providing clinical and managerial supervision to activity coordinators and potentially line managing an Occupational Therapy Assistant and/or a newly qualified Occupational Therapist.
You will also be required to contribute to the Hospital-wide Occupational Therapy provision across the 6 LSU and MSU wards within the Hudson Hospital.
