About the Role

Lookers is seeking a meticulous detail-focused Part Time Vehicle Administrator to join our growing team at VW Blackpool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier and manufacturer invoices daily
  • Liaise with the Sales team to ensure accurate paperwork
  • Input new vehicles on our computer systems and maintain up-to-date Fleet stock
  • Tax and invoice Fleet, new, and used vehicles
  • Communicate effectively with customers and schedule delivery dates
  • Perform ad-hoc accounts duties and general administrative responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong administration skills and prior experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP is highly advantageous
