Job Title: Automotive Sales Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Administrator to join our client's dealership in Blackpool. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department, ensuring seamless vehicle sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including sales administration, stock control, and vehicle taxing and registration
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a sales administration role, preferably in the automotive industry
* Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Proficiency in using motor trade-specific CRM systems
