Job DescriptionAs a Care Assistant, you'll be playing a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. This will involve following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence. You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping and mealtimes.
