Companion Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant at Barchester care home, your main duties will include helping residents with daily living, providing support and companionship, and following care plans. You'll also ensure residents have one-on-one time and undertake a variety of tasks to deliver the highest standard of care. We're seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to residents. If you have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills, we'd like to hear from you. We offer a competitive rate of pay (£21,800 - £23,300 per annum) and a sector-leading benefits and rewards package, including free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and more.
