We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead and enhance our engineering and manufacturing operations in the manufacturing industry. This pivotal role requires a strong leader with a robust understanding of quality assurance and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of the quality assurance department and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement quality control systems and processes, and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the quality assurance team to achieve targets and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance quality and efficiency in production.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues relating to product quality.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high quality standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Package: Competitive salary ranging from £39,000 per annum. Contributory pension on a salary sacrifice arrangement, with 5% Employee and 5% Employer contribution. Medical Insurance (BUPA).
