Job Description: We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Head of Quality Assurance to lead and enhance our engineering and manufacturing operations. This pivotal role requires a strong leader with a robust understanding of quality assurance and a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will oversee the operation of the quality assurance department and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities include implementing quality control systems and processes, monitoring their effectiveness, leading and mentoring the quality assurance team, collaborating with other departments, investigating and resolving product quality issues, conducting regular audits and inspections, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A successful Deputy Head of Quality Assurance should have a Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, as well as strong knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods.
