This permanent role based in Doncaster offers a unique chance to drive quality excellence and lead a talented QC team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain garment construction, safety, and labelling standards across our product range.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for QC issues, collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve challenges.
- Deliver comprehensive weekly/monthly QC reports to our Head of Technical, highlighting achievements, trends, concerns, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the production team to plan deliveries and prioritize QC tasks across teams and locations.
- Oversight of the QC process from concept to completion ensures all garments meet audit requirements.
- Analyse QC data to identify trends, propose enhancements, and streamline processes.
- Foster a high-performing QC team through ongoing training and development.
About the Role:
- Proven experience in quality control and multi-product garment production.
- Able to effectively manage QMS systems and processes.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective international collaboration.
