**Job Title:** Deputy Store Director

**Location:** Doncaster, South Yorkshire

**Salary:** £23,010 per annum

**Weekly Hours:** 37.5 hours

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy Store Director in Doncaster. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring that all aspects of retail operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • To lead and motivate a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • To maintain high standards of store appearance and display, ensuring that the store is presented in a clean and welcoming manner at all times.
  • To contribute to the development of the store's business plan, including setting sales targets and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
