Deputy Ward Manager

Job Summary:
Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Ward Manager to join their team at one of the UK's leading providers of therapy and consultant-led mental health treatments.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to patients with a wide range of mental health conditions, including substance misuse, schizophrenia, personality disorder, bipolar anxiety, depression, and stress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to deliver high-quality care and treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, counsellors, and other specialists to provide individually tailored care
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote patient recovery and well-being
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes
