Retail Operations Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our store leadership, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.
With a competitive salary of £14.28 per hour (increasing to £15.41 for locations within the M25), this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in retail management.
In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including 20 days' holiday (rising to 22 days after 12 months) and flexible working arrangements.
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This will include managing the store's opening and closing procedures, coordinating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff alike.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. You should also be comfortable taking ownership of tasks and initiatives, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
