We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at One Hatfield Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality individualized patient care as part of the clinical team.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during visits and admissions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adhere to hospital policies, national guidelines, and best practices.
- Perform clinical nursing procedures, including wound care, minor procedures, vital sign monitoring, venepuncture, and chaperoning.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
- Experience in outpatients or clinic environments.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
- Demonstrable knowledge and skills in clinical practice.
- Phlebotomy, cannulation, ECGs, and intravenous antibiotics experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
