Sales Administrator Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our small sales team at our UK headquarters in Rugby. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for customers
- Process orders and respond to product inquiries
- Search for parts from a catalogue/website
- Raise quotations for pricing and availability
- Resolve general customer queries
- Process and post invoices daily
- Participate in credit control processes
- Maintain and develop the customer database
- Perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous customer services or sales administration experience
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Good systems skills
