About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Administrator to join our team at Ellis James Partners Ltd. As a Client Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clients and internal teams, including client onboarding, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with client communication, including responding to emails and phone calls, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
  • Support the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Collaborate with our financial planning team to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Administrative experience in a financial services environment, preferably with a strong focus on client support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
