Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring effective coordination of pricing, material & product availability, technical specifications, and production capabilities.
  • Maintain proactive account management with suppliers, keeping up to date with developments and innovations that may provide a competitive advantage.
  • Coordinate and distribute information both internally and externally, facilitating customer enquiries and making proactive contact with customers and the production team.
