Key Responsibilities:- Provide superb customer service and reception support
- Effective diary management and coordination
- Support the Directors on a daily basis
- Communicate with clients on behalf of the Directors
- Prepare accurate letters, reports, and maintain databases
- Produce client documentation and administrative forms
- Record and securely store confidential information
- Provide cover on reception and welcome clients warmly
- Undertake general front of house duties, including answering the telephone, taking messages, filing, photocopying, and handling post
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Polite, warm, and friendly manner
- Efficient and accurate administrative skills
- IT literate
- Professional manner and appearance with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on their own initiative
- Positive can-do attitude
- Willingness to undertake essential training as required
