We are seeking a skilled Defence Training Designer to join our team at Raytheon UK. As a key member of our Training Design Business Partner and Team Lead, you will be responsible for producing DSAT compliant documentation for multiple MOD sites and implementing standardised design processes.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct Training Design Reviews of all training courses at least every three (3) years and maintain and update the design of training courses to ensure they are up-to-date and meet relevant operational/workplace performance requirements.
- Conduct and maintain Training Design in response to new training requirements, including those arising from New Capabilities, to ensure training satisfies operational/workplace performance requirements and provides the design output requirements required by the Authority.
- Update Training Design to incorporate relevant recommendations and feedback from internal and external assurance, ensuring training remains up-to-date and meets operational/workplace performance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to provide accreditation for new and/or amended training as designed, and/or any amendments or implications for existing accreditations following Training Design changes.
- Produce, maintain, and/or update Training Design documentation, including Formal Training Statement (FTS), Assessment Strategy (AStrat), Assessment Specification (ASpec), Learning Scalar, and Training Authorisation Document (TrAD).
