Defence Training Designer

At Raytheon Systems, we are seeking a skilled Defence Training Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Training Design Business Partner team, you will be responsible for the production of DSAT compliant documentation for multiple MOD sites and the use of standardised design processes.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough Training Design Reviews of all training courses at least every three years, ensuring that training courses are up-to-date and meet relevant operational and workplace performance requirements.
- Develop and maintain Training Design in response to new training requirements, including those arising from New Capabilities, to ensure that training satisfies operational and workplace performance requirements.
- Update Training Design to incorporate relevant recommendations and feedback from internal and external assurance, ensuring that training remains up-to-date and meets operational and workplace performance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to provide accreditation for new and/or amended training as designed, and/or any amendments or implications for existing accreditations following Training Design changes.
- Produce, maintain, and/or update Training Design documentation, including Formal Training Statements, Assessment Strategies, Learning Scalars, and Training Authorisation Documents.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather required data and participate in internal workshops to discuss and agree findings from analysis.
- Perform other duties required to complete the Training Design Service.
