Defence Training Designer

At Raytheon, we are seeking a skilled Defence Training Designer to join our team. As a Defence Training Designer, you will be responsible for the production of DSAT compliant documentation for multiple MOD sites and the use of a standardised design process.
Main Responsibilities:- Training Design Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of all training courses to ensure they are up-to-date and meet operational requirements.
- Training Design Updates: Maintain and update training design to incorporate new requirements, recommendations, and feedback.
- Accreditation and Documentation: Produce, maintain, and update Training Design documentation, including Formal Training Statements, Assessment Strategies, and Learning Specifications.
- Collaboration and Communication: Interview subject matter experts, participate in internal workshops, and collaborate with the Training Design Business Partner and Team Lead.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other duties required to complete the Training Design Service.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of training design principles and the ability to apply them in a Defence context.
