About the Job
We are looking for a skilled IT professional to fill the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer at our client's Silchester office. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert technical assistance and support to ensure seamless operation of computer systems, software, and hardware. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering end-to-end projects from conception to completion, including solution implementation, project management, and post-project support
2. Identifying and resolving technical issues related to operating systems, software applications, and hardware components
3. Configuring and setting up computer systems
4. Troubleshooting software and recommending solutions
5. Working collaboratively with colleagues to communicate company objectives, team goals, project deadlines, and identifying training needs

Your Skills
To excel in this role, you will require:
1. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, and AutoPilot
2. Experience with VMWare ESX, vCenter, and/or Hyper-V
3. Strong understanding of Backup, Firewalls, and Email Security
4. Familiarity with LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and Wireless technologies
5. Relevant technical certification or degree in IT
6. Excellent understanding of Sophos, Egnyte, and Ubiquiti would be advantageous
7. Previous experience working for an MSP is desirable
