Job Description

This Compliance Lead role will involve supporting the development and roll-out of strategies, policies, and guidelines to enable an inclusive approach to mental and physical wellbeing in the workplace. The successful candidate will provide support and guidance in interpreting statutory requirements and implementing the EMCOR UK IMS System.

They will also ensure compliance to legislation, standards, and EMCOR/AWE processes for engineering disciplines, actively monitoring and providing support in updating procedures and processes with regards to technical legislation changes/updates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, health, safety, and quality (HSQE) systems, with experience of working within a regulated environment or within JSP framework. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work collaboratively with the Authorising Engineers to ensure Safe Systems of Work are compliant, robust, and practiced.

The estimated salary for this position is £43,000 per annum, plus car allowance. Benefits include 25 days' holiday, Bank holidays, additional 26 days off, Holiday Buy Scheme, Discount Shopping, Gym membership, Days Out, and extensive Learning & Development opportunities.
