About the Role

As an Enhanced Hostel Intensive Needs Support Coach, you will work closely with our residents, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment, promoting independence, and fostering a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to residents, addressing their unique needs and goals
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring residents receive the necessary resources and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including healthcare professionals and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
