Job Summary
We are seeking a Catering Assistant to support our Catering Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be eager to learn, and have a can-do approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fantastic, attentive, and considerate customer service.
- Undertake all mandatory and company training as required.
- Help keep the work and customer areas clean, tidy, and secure at all times.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and fellow Team Members.
Requirements
- Previous catering experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and follow instructions.
- Understanding of food safety and health and safety protocols.
