Job Summary

We are seeking a Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will support our Catering Manager in delivering fantastic customer service, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their guests.
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, tidy, and secure working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Support the Catering Manager in undertaking mandatory and company training as required.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, providing a warm and welcoming service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to follow instructions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
