Job Summary

We are seeking a Catering Assistant to support our Catering Manager in delivering fantastic customer service and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be eager to learn, and be able to work as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients and customers.
  • Undertake all mandatory and company training as required.
  • Help keep the work and customer areas clean, tidy, and secure at all times.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to food safety and health and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and fellow team members.
Requirements
  • Catering experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
