We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Specialist. As a key member of our care community, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care to our residents while leading a team of colleagues to create a warm and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to our residents
- Lead and mentor a team of colleagues to ensure excellent standards of care
- Collaborate with external professionals to enhance the overall care experience
Requirements and Qualifications
- Be a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions
- Have a proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and delegate effectively
- Have a coaching style leadership mentality to empower your colleagues
- Good communication and relationship building skills
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £20.00 per hour
- A welcome bonus of £1,500 (subject to T&Cs)
