- Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in wealth management or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems.
