Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Team Leader to lead our Wealth Management team in Berkswell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative support, maintaining existing business, and growing new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Ensure your team completes files with required client documentation and conducts quality checks.
  • Pre-Meeting Preparation: Oversee pre-meeting preparation, post-meeting follow-up, and Salesforce updates.
  • Client Communication: Answer telephone calls, communicate effectively with clients and third parties.
  • Data Analysis: Meet and greet clients, run reports, and collate key data.
  • Cash Flow Modelling: Analyse clients’ requirements, develop cash flow models, and record client data.
  • Financial Research: Research and analyse financial products to meet client objectives.
  • Solution Development: Construct financial planning solutions, supported by computer models and reports.
  • Review Preparation: Prepare client reviews, updating cash flow models and investment performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous management experience and/or strong operations background at supervisory level.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in office support role in financial services or related sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems.

The successful candidate will have a salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
