We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our highly skilled and dynamic Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive interior electronics and switch packs development, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field. Key responsibilities include successfully delivering interior electronics and switch controls for various product lines, owning commodity attributes such as quality, costs, and timing, and ensuring they are within business targets. The successful candidate will also have a good understanding of automotive new product development processes, milestones, and deliverables for each phase. Additionally, they will have demonstrable experience of electrical component development and manufacture for multiple projects, working knowledge of CAN, FlexRay, automotive ethernet, LIN networks, and vehicle diagnostics. The ideal candidate will be able to work well on their own initiative to achieve goals and objectives, have excellent communication skills at all levels of business, and a positive but flexible attitude to achieve business goals and milestones.
