Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Charing Cross area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mild learning disabilities and autism to live independently and participate in activities they enjoy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with mild learning disabilities and autism
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities, such as cycling, gardening, and art
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support
