Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Bothwell Castle Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and preferences are always respected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance.
  • Support residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to create a positive and engaging environment for residents.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as recording resident information and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant or relevant transferable skills.
  • A genuine interest in providing excellent care to the elderly, combined with a strong commitment to service.
  • Integrity, respect, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.
