Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Mailroom Operative to join our team at Office Angels. As a Mailroom Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of mail and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle client inquiries with professionalism and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Filing and retrieving documents accurately within an established filing system.
  • Book and receive courier items efficiently and promptly.
  • Process archive files and track signature movements using onsite computer systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Client.

Requirements

  • A professional individual who represents our client and promotes excellent customer service at all times.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • The ability to work accurately under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and remain calm in fast-paced situations.
  • Basic IT skills in Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, and Email.
