An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our successful and professional team at Arnfield Care Limited. We are committed to providing the highest level of support for young people and are looking for someone who shares our passion for improving their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of each young person, addressing their care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
- Leading and supervising junior staff members to provide round-the-clock care and support that meets our high quality standards.
- Assisting the management team in ensuring policies, procedures, and record-keeping measures are adhered to, and resources are deployed effectively.
- Covering various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and sleep-ins, on weekdays, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
- Liaising with senior management and external parties to advocate for and safeguard the welfare of children and young people.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in children's residential care settings.
- Demonstrable experience leading shifts/teams.
- Senior roles require a level 3/4 qualification in residential childcare or equivalent.
- Ability to commit to full-time working, including sleep-ins and short residential trips.
- Manual driving license.
