About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Finance and EPM Director to join our team at KPMG. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving business development, practice build, and delivery of transformations enabled by SAP technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive origination and lead pre-sales activities, engaging directly with senior stakeholders and managing bid teams with limited support from SAP business partners.
  • Have commercial acumen to propose constructs to proposals and defend the rationale when reviewing with partners.
  • Enhance KPMG Powered Enterprise offerings, focusing on readily deployable assets, demos, and accelerators with clear ROI and special focus on automation, clean core, and AI.
  • Write external KPMG whitepapers and points of view.
  • Have regular interactions with SAP to gain insights on future roadmap direction, align joint target accounts, and drive the direction of KPMG's offerings in this domain.
  • Attract, recruit, train, and retain top talent.
  • Be the senior Finance Architect for complex engagements with our flagship accounts.
About You

We are looking for a self-driven individual with proven experience in selling and delivering key SAP Finance and EPM solutions. You will have a high-level understanding of SAP SAC, BPC, Datasphere, SAC, and other EPM tools. You will have delivered 4+ end-to-end SAP programmes as an end-to-end Finance Lead and at least 2 end-to-end Central Finance programmes as the overall lead.

You will have experience selling and delivering under a RISE contract from the business development/sales phase until the implementation go-live. You will have a proven track record in leading complex bids, including S/4HANA and other SAP and non-SAP technologies. You will have experience running a regular cadence with SAP to understand future roadmap direction and co-innovation opportunities.

You will have managed a team of onshore and offshore resources both from an individual engagement and overall practice perspective. You will have an understanding of SAP's AI roadmap and have worked on creating assets, products, and solutions that leverage it to the benefit of customers. You will have built assets and accelerators that were deployed to multiple customers.
