We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with individuals who require support with their mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To engage individuals in a personalized plan of support and work collaboratively to achieve their goals.
  • To provide practical information and advice on various topics, including budgeting, welfare benefits, employment, training, relationships, and health issues.
  • To complete Safety Management Plans with individuals, ensuring a positive and collaborative risk management approach.
  • To refer to and/or make appointments with other organizations as needed.
  • To work collaboratively with individuals, empowering them to make decisions about their support.
  • To work with a range of professionals, including social workers and landlords.
Essential Criteria:
  • Enhanced DBS (adults and children)
  • Driving license
  • Knowledge of mental health and risk
