About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of MIS and Data Systems. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Management Information Systems (MIS) function, including the student record database, reporting suites, and Individual Learner Record (ILR).
  • Oversee the provision and development of all aspects of Information Technology (IT) across the college, including hardware, software, networks, and related systems.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate services, including Admissions, Exams, Reception, and administration.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or relevant industry experience.
  • Significant experience of Further Education funding and rules, and Individual Learner Record (ILR).
  • Experience of complex management information systems and corporate reporting.
  • Effective communication, supervisory, and interpersonal skills to lead and work as part of a team.
