Job Title: Director of MIS and Data Systems

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Management Information Systems (MIS) and Data Systems function. As the Director of MIS and Data Systems, you will be responsible for maintaining the student record database, providing reporting suites, and overseeing the Individual Learner Record (ILR), Admissions, Exams, and Reception teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the MIS and Data Systems function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to the College.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve data management and reporting, ensuring compliance with Further Education funding rules.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of complex management information systems and corporate reporting.
  • Provide leadership to the IT function, ensuring the provision and development of all aspects of Information Technology across the College.
Requirements:
  • Education to degree level or relevant industry experience.
  • Significant experience of Further Education funding and rules, and Individual Learner Record (ILR).
  • Experience of complex management information systems and corporate reporting.
